BioHack101 started because we got tired of watching people guess their way through recovery and wellness with products that overpromise and under-deliver.
We built a small, focused catalog of recovery and biohacking tools with real mechanisms behind them, not hype: red and infrared light therapy, sleep support, and daily recovery essentials.
What we believe
Recovery isn't one-size-fits-all, and it isn't complicated either. We keep the catalog small on purpose, vet what we carry, and write about it in plain language.
