How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the product and your location. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Are your products FDA approved?
Our red and infrared light therapy devices are general wellness products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not FDA-approved medical devices. Please consult your healthcare provider before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are using a pacemaker or other implanted device.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Opened supplements or consumables can't be returned unless defective. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We're evaluating international shipping for the future.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us at support@biohack101.org.
