Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Due to safety and hygiene standards, opened supplements, consumables, or perishable items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@biohack101.org with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, contact us at support@biohack101.org.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
